In honor of May the Fourth, OPIUM at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas has modified its fabulously outlandish show to celebrate one of the most beloved franchises in history, Star Wars. The crew of the starship OPM73 will travel through hyperspace to the outer limits of hilarity, being careful to avoid the Empire and the Dark Side and celebrate a successful journey with what will certainly be an epic party to remember.

The force is with Downtown Container Park on Wednesday, May 4th, beginning at 6 p.m. when Jedi masters are invited to join forces for a Star Wars-inspired celebration on The Lawn.
UNLV’s Society of Light-saber Duelists (UNLV Sold Out) kick off the evening with a live lightsaber duel for the fate of the universe at 6 p.m. before Padawan learners and Sith Lords alike are invited to gather on The Lawn to enjoy a special screening of Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
