Make-A-Wish Southern Nevada teamed up with Downtown Summerlin and Macy's to give 6-year-old Ivan a shopping spree for "World Wish Day". Ivan suffers from a rare genetic disorder but, according to his mother, smiles every day despite the pain he faces. The tough little caped-crusader was able to spend his day focusing on fun - picking out clothes, toys and driving around his own Batmobile. Magician Landon Swank also performed magic tricks for Ivan.
"World Wish Day" marked the last day of a month-long effort to grant wishes to as many children as possible during the month of April.
