According to the list, the best milkshake in Nevada is the Cake Shake from Black Tap at the Venetian in Las Vegas. This eatery serves up some "CrazyShakes" that are sure to satisfy even the strongest sweet tooth. The restaurant is open for dine-in or takeout, so you can have your shake any way you like it!

"All the "CrazyShakes" at Black Tap were made for the camera. This quirky spot at Sin City's Venetian Resort is an offshoot of the popular New York City SoHo shop and there's no better place for such elaborate creations than Vegas. All the options are glorious and gravity-defying but the Cakeshake is the best of all. It's made with cake-batter ice cream and topped with an entire hunk of Funfetti cake, plus sprinkles, whipped cream and a cherry."
