Green Day frontman Billie Joe Armstrong has a few different side bands, all of which were on display the other night during an intimate club show in California!
The show was meant to just feature his band The Coverups (which also features Mike Dirnt) a band who literally does a bunch of covers! And the band DID play a set which was followed by his other side band The Foxboro Hot Tubs. But wait...there's more! Then drummer Tre Cool surprised the crowd, and Green Day did a special encore set which included their hits‘Father Of All…, ‘Revolution Radio’, ‘Hitchin’ A Ride’, ‘Welcome To Paradise’, ‘Burnout’and‘Jesus Of Suburbia’.
