After spending decades fronting his band Everclear, Art Alexakis has just announced he's got his very first solo album coming soon!
The album is called "Sun Songs,"and will be out October 11th.
So what will the album sound like? Will it be close to the Everclear sound? Well, a new press release has Alexakis saying “For the most part, it’s an acoustic singer-songwriter type of album." The release also says “he cites everything from classic country to hip hop” as influences on the way the album sounds.
It'll be cool to hear exactly what this sounds like when we get new songs, which will hopefully be soon!
