Honoring First Responders: Congratulations Denise Aguilar!

Congratulations to Denise Aguilar, our First Responder honored for the month of March!

Denise, an officer with North Las Vegas Police Department, was nominated by her husband. He wanted to recognize his wife because "she is a former member of the Army where she served as a Military Police Officer. She then became a Federal Police Officer at Hoover Dam before being hired by North Las Vegas Police Department. She has been patrolling the South Area Command of NLV for the last 12 years. She is currently a Field Training Officer, a defensive tactics instructor, a firearms instructor, and negotiator. She conducts community talks for the Spanish speaking citizens of NLV. She is also a mother of three children. I feel, as her husband, Officer Aguilar is very worthy of this nomination".
